How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the US is free on orders of $50+. Standard shipping for orders under $50 is reasonably priced at $8.00 and will be reflected at checkout. With some promotions, a $2.99 handling fee may be applied. International shipping information is below.

How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our sunny Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability. Rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order from our door to yours as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-7 business days of its ship date.

Please understand that we’re a small team, so we don't ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. 

Can I change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

It’s our goal to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible. Therefore, once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made. Please double-check your order summary and shipping details before submitting your purchase to help avoid any inconveniences.

How much is international shipping?
We offer free shipping on international orders $80 USD+. Orders under $80 are charged a reasonable fee of $10 USD for shipping. With some promotions, a $10 handling fee may be applied.

Will I incur duties/fees upon delivery?
Yes, it's very possible that you'll be charged duties and fees upon acceptance of your order. We are not liable for these and unfortunately cannot help handle them. We are also unable to cancel your order or issue a refund once it has left our facility.

I’m obsessed!!

I’m really not sure how there’s so many negative reviews. I have tried so many eye creams and this one has been my favorite. I was shocked that within 30 seconds I felt my puffiness and bags reduce and my under eyes look brighter! I love how thick the consistency is and I literally can’t smell it so not sure what people mean that it stinks. Definitely give this a chance!!!

It was ok but really didn’t do anything for me. I really didn’t notice anything and I used it everyday.
It felt really nice on my skin and that’s about all it did. Made my skin feel good when I used it everyday. I try new things to see if it helps my skin tone or it helps my wrinkles under my eyes. Well this didn’t help at all and I’m a licensed hair stylist.
It might work on younger skin.

I think it made them worse

I really think that using this cream amplified under eye puffiness and perhaps even caused it. I kept using it thinking it would help the problem but what I found was that once I stopped, the look of my eyes improved. I don’t understand it but just an FYI- might not hurt to go without for a bit and see if anything changes.
