How much does shipping cost?
Shipping to the US is free on orders of $50+. Standard shipping for orders under $50 is reasonably priced at $8.00 and will be reflected at checkout. With some promotions, a $2.99 handling fee may be applied. International shipping information is below.

How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase from our sunny Los Angeles warehouse, pending availability. Rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order from our door to yours as quickly as possible. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-7 business days of its ship date.

Please understand that we’re a small team, so we don't ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays. 

Can I change/cancel my order after it has been placed?

It’s our goal to ensure your order gets to you as soon as possible. Therefore, once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made. Please double-check your order summary and shipping details before submitting your purchase to help avoid any inconveniences.

Where else do you ship?
Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and India.

Please note that all orders are shipped from Los Angeles, so it can take up to two weeks to reach our international friends.

How much is international shipping?
We offer free shipping on international orders $80 USD+. Orders under $80 are charged a reasonable fee of $10 USD for shipping. With some promotions, a $10 handling fee may be applied.

Will I incur duties/fees upon delivery?
Yes, it's very possible that you'll be charged duties and fees upon acceptance of your order. We are not liable for these and unfortunately cannot help handle them. We are also unable to cancel your order or issue a refund once it has left our facility.

Quick results

Acid Drops do not cause a reaction on my sensitive Celtic skin. I do apply a second serum over it, which dilutes the Acid Drops so I can use it daily. I put an eye cream and moisturizer over that. I’m using Acid Drops on my hands as well. The spots are fading and skin quality has improved.

I haven’t been using the Acid Drops long enough for before and after pictures, but I have already noticed a difference in the brightness of my skin. I have sensitive skin and don’t even notice much of a tingle after applying. I’m so glad your products are made for sensitive skin. I wasn’t sure how my skin would react to the Acid Drops, but am pleasantly surprised. Will continue to use and know I’ll see an even bigger improvement.

I have been a Dream Cream fan for several years. I tried the Acid Drops on a whim and like! The product softens and smooths texture overnight. It’s gentle enough for my sensitive skin. The product smell is not my favorite. Very vinegar but it works well enough to earn a spot in my routine.

Am I the only one that has a problem with the smell? Normally when something has that odor it’s gone past its expiration date by a lot. I’m going to try for a month, hoping I see changes? After the first couple nights I broke out a bit. ☹️

All products are generally considered pregnancy safe except for Midnight Magic PM Serum (which contains retinol.) Please consult a doctor.

We recommend that you start with the lightest-weight product (i.e. serums) and then work to the thickest/heaviest (i.e. creams).

All Onekind skincare products are ethically manufactured in North America.
